Art careers talk 2- Interior Design
On Wednesday 18th October at lunchtime students from Years 8-13 were able to attend an art careers based talk, with Interior Designer and founder of Copper Dust London, Vanessa Ageyemang. Vanessa gave an insight into her background, studies in architecture, her modelling career and founding her own interior design company which focuses on the use of Ankara fabrics and ethical sources to create items such as lampshades and curtains, as well as full interior design projects. Students were able to pose questions to Vanessa and learn about not only design but also how skills can be applied to a variety of career paths.
